About the event
Purple Day is a global awareness event held every year on March 26th to increase understanding and reduce the stigma surrounding epilepsy. Founded in 2008, it encourages people around the world to wear purple and support the 50+ million individuals living with epilepsy, while promoting education, compassion, and empowerment for those affected by the condition.
